My Stuff - Scary Stories

I'm not sure how often I'll post this..maybe every day, or every other day, or just whenever. But I want to lighten the mood of yesterday's post. So here's the first installment of My Stuff. Miscellany from my childhood important only to me, from the Stuff Shelf in my office. First up, Alvin Schwartz's SCARY STORIES collections. I didn't even know what "horror" was when I read these. I just know the stories and their wonderfully macabre illustrations creeped me out, and I LOVED IT. Little wonder I ended up writing the stuff I do....
